The Division is affiliated with the Assistant General Supervisor for Educational Services; it performs the following functions:
- Evaluating the current situation of equipment, facilities, and laboratories at colleges, institutes, and educational centers.
- Scheduling the start of equipping facilities and laboratories gradually and based on priority.
- Laying down the general foundations and operational plans for developing facilities and laboratories at the University.
- Communicating with the entities concerned for setting time plans to develop facilities and laboratories in order to attain academic accreditation.
