Supervisor General:
Supervising the preparation and implementation of the programs of the Department of Data Management and personal data protection at the level of the university, and monitoring the compliance with the relevant regulations, policies and standards approved by the National Data Office.
Deputy Supervisor General:
Revising legislations, policies and regulations and ensuring their compatibility with the existing ones in the university. Supervising data protection and availability, and the use of programs to achieve this in the university.
Managing Director:
Preparing and following up the administrative transactions in the office and supporting the technical team with regard to operations and activities of data management related to information technology.
Officer for Data Governance and Origination:
Preparing and implementing policies for governance, structuring and data modeling.
Officer for Data Availability and Use:
Preparing and implementing open data programs, managing requests for access to public information in accordance with the rules, regulations and policies related to freedom of information, and achieving value from the data and sharing it.
Personal Data Protection Officer:
Preparing and implementing personal data protection programs in line with the relevant rules and regulations (connected to the General Administration of Cybersecurity).
Compliance Officer:
Monitoring compliance with regulations and policies related to data management and personal data protection, and submitting reports with the achieved results at the level of the university.
Data Technicians:
Providing support and assistance regarding the operations and activities of data management relevant to information technology.
Business Data Representatives:
Supervising policies, standards and initiatives of the Data Department and applying them inside the department or to other relevant departments.
Business Data Specialists:
Applying policies and standards of data management and implementing the relevant initiatives inside the department or the relevant department inside the administration.
Legal Advisor:
Providing consultations to the entity’s office team on organizational issues.
