The Diploma in Human Resources and the Diploma in Office Management is a four-semester program of study; students earn a diploma.  

Program objectives:  

  1. Providing job opportunities for young people through qualifying those enrolled in the program to earn a professional certificate in a number of specialties required by the public sector and the private sector.  

 

  1. Contributing to widening the base of student admission at the University.

Plan for the Diploma in Human Resources  

  • About the diploma: A two-year intermediate diploma that qualifies the male/female graduate to work in the different areas of human resources, whether in the public or private sector.  

 

  • Program classification: Classified by the Ministry of Civil Service by Decision No. 6392/904 dated Jumada Al-Thani 12, 1427 AH.  

 

  • Admission requirements:  
  1. Applicant must have earned a secondary school certificate or equivalent. 
  2. Applicant must be medically fit.  
  3. Program fees must be paid: SAR 7,000 per one academic year, for two years.  

 

  • Required documents:  
  1. Secondary school certificate or equivalent.  
  2. National ID card.  
  3. Fees payment receipt from ( ..... ) Bank with the student’s name.  
  • System of study:  

The duration of study in this program is two years (four semesters – 64 hours). 

  • Suitable field of work:  

Secretary - clerk - administrative assistant - typist - trainer assistant.
