Admission of students wishing to join the UQU to the UQU Website and register their personal details only.

After registering your primary details, an sms message will be sent to you notifying you that you have registered your details successfully.

In case you receive a message saying "ID was previously registered" when registering as a new user, please log in only and update your data.

Male and female students scan the following documents in preparation for the fifth stage:

1. Secondary School Certificate

2. ID card or family card

3. A personal photograph for the university card (for male students only)

You should use a scanner to get clear documents. You can save the documents in PDF or JPG formats with a maximum size of 200 kilobytes for each document. Avoid using your mobile phone camera in photocopying the documents.

Obtaining the results of secondary school and those of each of aptitude tests, summative tests, and English competency tests

 This procedure is automatically performed by the UQU in coordination with relevant bodies so that the results are included in the web page of the Unified admission portal.

Male and Female students access the unified portal to perform the following:

1. Submit the application form (for regular programs only).

2. Select the premise and kind of studies and the specializations he/she wishes to study and arrange them as per their priority for him/her.

3. Upload the required documents prepared during the second stage (secondary school certificate, ID card, personal photo for male students only, (optional for girls).

Students arrange their wishes as per their priority, noting the differences in the UQU courses (Holy City of Makkah, Al Laith, Adham, Al Qunfudhah). The student will receive an sms notifying him/her that his/her application was submitted successfully.

Sixth

Interviews for male and female applicants. Sms messages will be sent to the candidates to attend the interviews held by the following departments:

(Judicial Studies, Sharia, Readings, Art Education, Physical Education, Family Education, Special Education, Kindergartens)

The sms will contain the date and time of the tests and the interviews (place and time)

In case the applicant fails the interview, he/she will be given the next wish as per his/her arrangement of priorities.

Making electronic comparison for all applicants to determine the specializations they will join according to their weighted average and the capacity of departments.

Announce the specialization which the student will join via an sms message.

 This procedure IS automatically performed by the UQU. The applicant must log in the admission portal to confirm his/her acceptance of the specialization electronically selected for him/her.

The male/female student logs in the admission portal to confirm his/her acceptance of the specialization electronically selected for him/her.

An sms message will be sent to the applicant, containing his/her university ID (after the student's acceptance of the specialization selected). The University verifies that the student was not admitted to another university. This can be done via the Government Takamul (Integration) Channel System (Yesser) and the Student Status Service via the Magboul (Admitted) System available on the Ministry of Education's website.

After receiving their University ID, male and female students will not be able to apply for another university. Before students obtain their University ID, the University will make sure that you have not had an ID in another university. This will be done via the Student Status Service provided by the "Yesser" System and "Magboul" System available on the website of the Ministry of Education.

If a student has been admitted to another university, his/her application will be suspended until his/her admission in the other university is cancelled automatically. Students will also have the option to cancel their admission to the UQU automatically to complete the procedures of their admission to other universities or apply for the evening Preparatory and qualification year program or the affiliate program.

An sms message will be sent to the student, containing email details (user name and password) and a link to how to log in the e-service portal.

Provide the electronic services for male and female students upon completion of admission procedures.
