Because the student committed to the course plan has advantages over the rest of the students, including having the priority of registering complete courses in the automatic registration without the need for the department to register any course he needs. The years of study are specific to the student to enable him to easily fulfill the requirements of the course plan.
It is the phase in which the students can amend the schedule via the portal without any interference from the department, according to the available divisions.
A maximum limit is set for each division in order not to cause congestion in the divisions. A division is closed when the maximum number of registered students is reached.
The students can select to display all the university campuses on the page of the available courses. However, they should go to the deanship to register their courses.
The students can submit a request to register in courses exceeding the academic load during the second phase of registration. Students can register in courses to a maximum of three hours, with the approval of the department.
Some courses in the student's academic plan can only be studied after the student passes a preceding course that is academically linked to it. The prerequisites can be displayed by clicking the course name on the student's plan.
The students can submit a request to register in a course whose prerequisites have not been fulfilled in the second phase, in order for the department to study the request and take the suitable decision.
Calculating the points of each course: points of each course * the course credit hours. B- Calculating the Semester Rating: the total of the semester course points ÷ the total of the credit hours of the semester courses. C- Calculating the Cumulative Rating: the total of all the course points ÷ the total of the course credit hours.
The Deanship of Admissions and Registration provides a complaint form for rectifying the student's results after completing the required data through electronic archiving by the department submitting the course.
In the case of transferring or changing the student’s specialization or modifying his\her plan, the general courses shall be equivalent automatically and then the specialization subjects shall be equivalent upon the approval of the department offering the course.
