Program objectives:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) aims at:

  • Providing students with advanced theories and concepts in the different fields of business administration and its applications.
  • Providing practical solutions for administrative issues and challenges.
  • Building critical thinking and problem solving skills using scientific methodologies.
  • Qualifying leadership cadres capable of managing organizations.
  • Encouraging scientific research to study the present reality and anticipate the future.

Program outputs for the labor market:

The graduates of the UQU Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be able to work in the following fields:

  • Management of enterprises and organizations in the government and private sectors.
  • Lecturers in educational institutions.
  • Consultants in the field of business administration.
  • Researchers.
  • Project managers.

Program entry requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree with a general grade of at least (Good) in the specialty of business administration.
  • A bachelor's degree with a general grade of at least (Good) in another specialty, on the condition that the complementary courses specified by the department are passed.

Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Program objectives:

  • Providing a source of information and ways that inspire you to explore profitable paths and tools to start a business.
  • Overcoming the initial challenges of building businesses and startups.
  • Building creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship skills.
  • Developing entrepreneurial mentorship skills.

Program outputs for the labor market:

  • Entrepreneurship and creativity consultant.
  • Small and medium startup project manager.
  • Lecturer in entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Small and medium startup analyst and developer.
  • Entrepreneur or participant in an entrepreneurial facility for startups and SMEs.
  • Mentor of business incubators and accelerators.

Program entry requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in one of the administrative specialties or in other disciplines with a grade of at least (Good).
  • A TOEFL score of 400, or the equivalent in the IELTS test or the English Language Proficiency Test.
