The UQU Deanship of Postgraduate Studies organized a scientific lecture given by the dean of the Arabic Language Teaching Institute for Non-speakers, Dr. Hassan Abdul Hamid Boukhari, entitled "Life of the Prophets in the Holy Quran as Faith Role Models". The lecture was run by the Vice-Dean of Postgraduate Studies for Grants and International Students, Dr. Ghassan Al-Mahmood, in the presence of the Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Alfreeh, at the Hall of Sheikh Abdulaziz ibn Baaz, Abediya Campus, on Tuesday, 14 Rajab 1438 H.
Dr. Hassan Boukhari has touched on many of the worship values concerning following the example of the prophets and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in their manifestations, including: reverence, good faith in God, sincere hope, the speed of repentance and forgiveness, citing so many Qur'anic verses and Prophetic Hadith.
At the end of the lecture, the Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Alfreeh, commended the response of Sheikh Dr. Hassan Boukhari to give this valuable lecture, which was one of the initiatives of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies in the Mecca Cultural Project this year, under the slogan "How to be a role model?", praising the support of His Excellency Dr. Bakri Bin Maatouq Asas, UQU President and Dr. Tamer bin Hamdan al-Harbi, Vice-Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and their constant concern for the interest of the students.
