The dean of graduate studies, Professor Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Feraih has discussed in an open discussion with the dean of the college of education, Dr. Ali bin Mosleh Al Matrafi, all issues of graduate studies related to the college and the future visions for developing them, in the presence of the vice deans of the college of education for graduate studies, heads of departments, and vice dean for female section.
Commencing the meeting, the Dean of the College of Education welcomed the dean and vice deans of graduate studies and lauded the noble initiative by the dean of graduate studies to visit the college of education and meet with its administration. He lauded the fruitful cooperation between he deanship and the college and the endeavors to develop the system of services offered by the deanship of graduate studies in collaboration with the college in a manner which achieves aspirations of the university, the college, and the students.
He lauded the support and the lasting attention paid by the president of the university HE Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Al-Assas to the college of education, which graduated various men of thought and science who have assumed higher positions in the state to serve their religion, country and community.
On his part, Prof. Al-Firaih, said that the meeting aimed at listening to the proposals, visions, and ambitions being made by everyone. He pointed out that the meeting came to deepen communication between deanship and the colleges implementing the program and for developing and upgrading it. Additionally, he reiterated the need to focus on the axes and standards of graduate studies regulations, and the necessity of respecting it and working according to its provisions and articles.
He commended the support and attention paid by the president of the university HE Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Al-Assas, the vice president for graduate studies, Dr. Thamir Al-Harbi, as well as the cooperation of the dean and affiliates of the college of education with the deanship of graduate studies.
