The Department of Clinical Nutrition, represented by the Activities and Community Service Committee, intends to hold an awareness lecture entitled: “Diet Plans”. The lecture will be held on Sunday, 22 Sha`ban 1442 A.H., at 5:00 p.m., via WebEx.

This lecture aims to improve health at the level of the individual and group, to build healthy and sound nutritional habits, to introduce the society to the concept of diet, and to explain the pros and cons of some of the nutritional plans that are popular in the society.
