Within the framework of joint cooperation between Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), represented by the Public Health and Heath Informatics College and the General Department of Education in Makkah Al-Mukrramah region, Dr. Waheeb bin Dukhaillah Alharbi, the College’s dean, signed a partnership agreement between Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), represented by the Public Health and Heath Informatics College and the General Department of Education in Mecca Al-Mukrramah region, represented by its General Director Dr. Mohamed bin Mahdi Alharthi on Tuesday 15/6/1438 Hijri, which corresponds to 14\3\2017.
The signing ceremony was attended by assistant director-general for school affairs Mr. Mohammed Almadkhali, director of school health affairs Mr. Mohammed Mastour Alslimi and Mr. Mohamed Othman Alamin from the College's Awareness and Health Enhancement Department.
Dr. Waheeb extended thanks to the General Department of Education, represented by the School Health Affairs Department for its willingness to give the male and female students of the College’s Awareness and Health Enhancement Department the opportunity of training in its various health activities during the medical intern period which the College’s first batch will join next year with the College contributing with its academic cadre in these activities.
At the end of the meeting, Dean of the Public Health and Heath Informatics College extended thanks to the UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atouq Assas, for his constant support to the College and its students, which provided it with the opportunity to develop and grow considerably in a few years.
