UQU Colleges and Institutes Coordinators Committee of the Students 8th Scientific Forum held a meeting chaired by the Vice Dean of Students Affairs Dr. Talal bin Ali Mothana in the presence of the Vice Dean for Activities and training Dr. Omer Sonbol and the college coordinators in the university as well as the Vice Deans of University Studies for Girls Dr. Loloa Al-Harthi, Dr. Khulud Abu Al-Naga, Dr. Mona Hajji and the colleges females coordinators via the closed-circuit television. The meeting that took place at the headquarters of the Deanship of Students Affairs in Abdyia, aimed at discussing all topics on the committee's agenda.
Dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Taha bin Amro Al-Saggaf participated in part of the meeting and delivered speech on this occasion in which he extended thanks and appreciation to male and female vice deans and coordinators of the Deanship for their efforts and close follow up in this regard.
During the meeting, various topics related to the 8th scientific forum were discussed including receiving of the students participations via the website to smooth communication process between students and college coordinator.
For his part, Dr. Talal Mothana said he is going to organize an introductory meeting with each college separately to urge students, and introduce forum's themes and participation mechanism for them under the supervision of the colleges coordinators out of the belief in the importance of colleges' role in selecting high quality participations. "Guiding leaflets and brochures of the 8th Scientific Forum will be distributed and all students' enquiries will be answered", he expounded.
