Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) President Dr. Bakri bin M’atooq Assas has issued a number of administrative decrees.
His advisor Essam Hassan Marqoshi said the decrees include:
1. Appointing Dr. Assad bin Abdulrahman bin Assad abdeljawad as head of the Health Management and Medical Information Department at the College of Health Sciences in Al-Leith province for two years as of 13/6/1438H
2. Assigning Dr. Raafat bin Mohamed bin Abdulhai Masli to serve as head of the Department of Pediatrics at the College of Medicine for six months as of 4/4/1438H.
3. Assigning Dr. Hassan bin Fouad bin Hassan Huwait to serve as head of the Pathology Department at the College of Medicine for six months as of 11/6/1438H.
4. Appointing Dr. Sabha bint Hakem AlLohyani as the head of the Kindergarten Department at the College of Education for two years as of 13/6/1438H.
5. Assigning Dr. Maha bint Hassan bin Al-Hassan Al-Qahmani to serve as deputy head of the programs department at the College of Community Service and Continuous Education (girls section) for two years as of 13/6/1438H.
He prayed that Allah the Almighty would help them execute their duties towards the students and help the advancement of the university to achieve its goals and objectives.
