The scholarship journey involves the bitterness of absence from one's homeland and the joy of achieving a sought-after dream, whose characteristics crystallize in the pursuit of knowledge, as experienced by the female UQU scholarship students. Those students, who are an example of the ambitious future generation, returned to their homeland carrying the treasures of knowledge and embodying the aspirations of the nation, as well as representing the structural units of this educational edifice. During the meeting held by the General Administration of Institutional Communication at Khoqair Hall in the female campus in Al-Zahir, the UQU Vice President for Female Students Affairs, Dr. Sarah Al-Khouli, welcomed the female scholarship students.

In her speech delivered to welcome the returning scholarship students, Dr. Al-Khouli stressed the role of knowledge capabilities they had acquired in achieving the UQU plans and improving its scientific outputs. This was achieved by updating the curricula as well as qualifying and training the students on the necessary professional skills. The aim of this is to enable the students to join the labor market effectively and to contribute to the process of construction and development, in a manner that supports the objectives of the national visions of our rulers.

The scholarship female students outlined their experience in searching for and obtaining the scientific materials in light of the challenges and difficulties they faced during their academic journey, in addition to the different geographical and cultural environment that surrounded them. They added that these factors may negatively affect the academic level, hinder effective communication and integration with the surrounding community, and reduce the development of knowledge capabilities in the disciplines and areas that depend on communication and search.

The Deputy General Supervisor of the General Administration of Institutional Communication, Dr. Hanadi Bihairi, introduced the role of the administration in boosting the loyalty of the members of the university community and promoting their sense of belonging to the educational system. This has been implemented by developing internal and external communication, and efficiently managing the university's reputation as an institution. This will result in raising the internal and external productivity of communication, and increasing the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries among the UQU affiliates and the members of the external community.
