The UQU President, Dr. Bakri M. Assas, has reiterated the importance of praising, lauding and honoring the outstanding workers, to stimulate their mates, as well as to encourage their development and creativity. This, according to Dr. Assas, would reflect positively on the work environment. He stressed that the outstanding members of any community constitute a real wealth.

Dr. Assas made this statement while honoring a number of the employees of the UQU College of Community Service and Continuing Education, on Tuesday, Jumada II 8, 1438H, at the Meeting Room, Al-Abdiyah Campus. The event was attended by the College Dean, Dr. Khaled Y. Barqawi, and the Vice Dean, Dr. Salem al-Otaibi.

It followed that Dr. Barqawi, the college dean, lauded the generous the UQU President's generous support for and keen interest in the college and its employees. He added that the honorees are characterized by several positive qualities; from discipline, to outstanding performance, to high efficiency, to creativity, to many other positive and promising professional traits.

The honorees, for their part, thanked the Dr. Assas earnestly, and mentioned that they are honored thanks to the guidance of Allah in the first place, and to the support they received from the college's vice deans, whose management of the college is praiseworthy.

In the end, the outstanding workers (both males and females) were honored.
