The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1. Renewing mandate of Dr. Hassan bin al-Seddik Hassan Farajullah as the Supervisor of Vice Deanship of Leith Health Sciences College for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research for a tenure of one year, as of Jumada II 23, 1437H;
2. Designating Dr. Ahmed bin Ismael Fattouh al-Dah as the Vice Dean of Qunfudah Health Sciences College for Hospitals Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Rajab 17, 1437H;
3. Renewing mandate of Dr. Fawzi bin Muhammad Faraj Zuwayid as the Head of Marketing Department at the College of Business Administration for a tenure of six months, as of Jumada I29, 1437H;
4. Renewing mandate of Dr. Yusri bin Nabil Muhammad al-Sayed as the Head of Tourism and Hospitality Department at the College of Business Administration for a tenure of six months, as of Jumada I 16, 1437H;
5. Renewing mandate of Dr. Hessah bent Zeid bin Mubarak al-Rashood as the Vice Dean of Arabic Language College (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years as of Rajab 22, 1437H;
6. Appointing Dr. Suzan bent Abdulqader Ameen Wazan as the Vice Dean of Business Administration (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years as of Rajab 16, 1437H;
7. Designating Dr. Samiah bent Jereibee' Mubarak al-Raddadi as the Vice Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-native Speakers (Girls Section) for a tenure of six months, as of Rajab 16, 1437H;
8. Designating Dr. Nada bent Ahmed Jaafar Ba-Je'eifer as the Head of Hematology and Immunology Department at the College of Medicine for a tenure of six months, as of Rajab 22, 1437H;
9. Designating Dr. Dalal bent Kuwiran Huwimel al-Salmi as the Head of Quranic Recitations Department at the College of Da'wa and Islamic Theology (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years as of Rajab 16, 1437H;
10. Designating Dr. Farah bent Qeis Dawood al-Hamoud as the Assistant Head of Clinical Pharmacy Department at the College of Pharmacy (Girls Section) for a tenure of six months, as of Rajab 17, 1437H;
11. Designating Dr. Maryam bent Ameen Sab Mejalli as the Assistant Head of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department at the College of Pharmacy (Girls Section) for a tenure of six months, as of Rajab 17, 1437H; and
12. Renewing mandate of Dr. Amani bent Muhammad Qalyubi as the Assistant Head of the Training Courses Center at the College of Education (Girls Section) for a tenure of one year, as of Jumada II 23, 1437H.

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
