The Deanship of Student Affairs Launches the Electronic Student Grievance Service

As per the directives of His Excellency the President of the University and the follow-up of His Excellency the Supervisor of the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, the Deanship of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Deanship of Information Technology, launches the electronic student grievance service via the following link: Click here.

This is to enable the students to file academic and non-academic grievances against university staff:

  1. Dean of the College
  2. Vice Dean of the College
  3. Head of the Department
  4. Academic staff member
  5. Employee

The grievance will be submitted to the concerned authorities via electronic channels, according to the University Student Rights and Duties Regulations, as follows:

First: Head of the Department (21 days), then

Second: Sub-committee for the Protection of Student Rights in the college (30 days), then

Third: The Permanent Committee for the Protection of Student Rights at the Deanship of Student Affairs (45 days), then

Fourth: The Supreme Committee for the Protection of Student Rights.

The grievance will not be closed unless the student agrees to do so, after being informed of the ruling of the various authorities.
