The Deanship of Library Affairs held a celebration for its promoted employees on Wednesday, 28 Muharram, 1442 A.H., in one of the halls of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Library. Their promotions have already been approved by the President of the University, and a decision has been issued to this effect for the year 1441 A.H./1442 A.H.
This celebration comes in recognition of the efforts of the promoted university library employees during the past period, indicating that their promotion is well-deserved. Moreover, the celebration was an opportunity to wish the promoted employees success and to wish their colleagues good luck in the upcoming promotions, Allah willing.
The Dean of Library Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Al-Lahibi, opened the ceremony with a speech in which he highlighted the cordiality and love among the employees of the Deanship of Library Affairs, being one of the reasons for the achievements of the deanship.
The Dean of Library Affairs honored the promoted employees by handing over souvenirs to share in their joy, and in recognition of their good work. The following is the list of the promoted employees:
- Mr. Ayman bin Mahmoud Fatani, promoted to the eleventh rank.
- Mr. Mubarak bin Muqbel Al-Khuzai, promoted to the ninth rank.
- Mr. Wael bin Mohammed Adel Al-Mutruqi, promoted to the ninth ranked.
- Mr. Mansour bin Mohammed Al-Ridi, promoted to the eighth rank.
- Mr. Majid bin Ateeq Al-Qarhi, promoted to the thirty-second rank.
In their turn, the promoted staff thanked the Dean of Library Affairs for his warm welcome and congratulations. They also thanked their colleagues for their good organization and for their sincere feelings.
