The Permanent Committee of Scholarships and Training held its tenth session for the academic year 1437/1438 Hijri, on Wednesday 25/5/1438 Hijri, chaired by the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Thamer bin Hamdan Al-Harbi. The session was attended by the Supervisor of the Scholarships Department, Dr. Ahmed bin Youssef Barqawi, and all Committee members.
The Committee Secretary, Mr. Wael bin Abdul-Raziq Shaldoum, said that the Committee has discussed the subjects listed in its agenda and gave its recommendations, as follows:
- Scholarship approval recommended for 5 lecturers and readers;
- Extension for language study approval recommended for 2 scholars;
- Extension for PhD study approval recommended for 4 scholars;
- Scientific trip approval recommended for 2 scholars;
- University change approval recommended for 1 scholar;
- University and specialization change approval recommended for 1 scholar; and
- End of scholarship approval recommended for 4 scholars.
