This comes, he said, from its leading role and the mission that it is honored to carry from the place of revelation in Makkah, and to boost the efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its wise leadership - May Allah grant it success - and its continuous giving to serve Muslims around the globe and enable those interested in the Arabic language to spread the language of the noble Qur'an.

The Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers, Dr. Hasan Bukhari, said that the summer course recently organized by the Institute has achieved its objectives - thanks to Allah - and saw the participation of 40 trainee instructors from Indonesia and Senegal via the university's e-platforms. They have completed 160 training hours over the four weeks scheduled for the course through 10 specialized training packages.

He added that the course is the first fruit achievement of the Institute in the distance education pattern, in which the Institute has succeeded in overcoming the digital obstacles and the significant time difference between the two countries of 7 hours, by registering great interaction via the virtual platforms. He then praised the continuous support of the UQU President and the unremitting efforts of the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education which contributed to the success of this year's summer course and to achieving its desired goals.

The training courses, organized annually by the Institute, come with the approval of His Majesty the Saudi King.
