The Deanship of Admission and Registration participated in the Forum for Admission of New Students organized and supervised by the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education. The forum was held on the WebEx platform and was broadcast live on the deanship’s Twitter account on Monday and Tuesday, corresponding to 24–23 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1441 A.H.
The deanship’s participation was represented by hosting the Vice Dean of the Deanship of Admission and Registration, Dr. Khaled bin Thamer Al-Thaqafi, who spoke about the recent developments and admission stages for the academic year 1442 A.H., touching on the following areas:
- The mechanism of defining choices.
- Calculating the weighted ratio.
- Admission differentiation.
- The mechanism for promoting vacant seats (if any).
- Inquiries regarding the admission guide, defining the Maqbul system, and the mechanism for confirming or canceling admission.
- Answering frequently asked questions.
