The secretariat of the Academic Council is pleased to inform the academic staff members of the approval of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University on their promotions included in the thirty-fourth session of the Academic Council for the academic year 1441 A.H. The secretariat members wish newly promoted academic staff great success in the field of scientific research, and supplicate Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to encompass them with His care and support to enable them to achieve their ambitions and accomplish their goals.
The names of the academic staff members and their promotions:
- Promotion of Dr. Ahmad bin Omar Salem Bazamoul, Associate Professor at the Qur’an and Sunnah Department, to professor.
- Promotion of Dr. Muhammad bin Wasil Abdul-Rahman Al-Hazimi, Associate Professor at the Mechanical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture, to professor.
Moreover, the secretariat of the Academic Council made appropriate recommendations for the topics included in the agenda of the aforementioned session.
