The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1- Designating Dr. Sultan bin Hamid Al-Hamidi as the Vice Dean of e-Learning and Distance Education for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Oula 19, 1438 H;
2- Designating Dr. Saeed bin Abdulrahman Saeed Al-Yazeedi Al-Harthi as the Director of the Medical Science Research Center at the Deanship of Scientific Research for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Oula 19, 1438 H, in addition to his work as the vice dean of the College of Medicine for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research;
3- Designating Dr. Emad bin Abdul-Raziq bin Shafaie Flemban as the Director of the Engineering Sciences and Architecture Research Center at the Deanship of Scientific Research for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Oula 19, 1438 H, in addition to his work as the Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Unit  at the University Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research;
4- Renewing mandate of Dr. Maysoon bint Zaid bin Nassir Al-Binyan as the Vice Dean of Graduate Studies (females section) for a tenure of two years as of Rabie Al-Thani 15, 1438 H;
5- Renewing mandate of Dr. Alaa bint Abdul-Basit bin Abdullah Al-Mlibari as the Deputy Head of the Department of Information Science at the College of Social Science (females section) for a tenure of two years as of  Rabie Al-Thani 22, 1438 H;
6- Designating Employee Emaran bin Maleeh bin Jabir Al-Daadi (4281508) to work at the College of Islamic comics and Finance;
7- Designating Employee Hoda bint Jamil Saeedi (4220041) to work assistant director of the Deanship of Library Affairs.

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
