Under the patronage of Dr. Waheeb bin Dakheel-Allah al-Harbi, Dean of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics, a workshop titled, “E-Learning & Distance Education” was held. The event was organized in cooperation with the Deanship of E-Learning & Distance Education and in collaboration with Dr. Al-Asaad Al-Sumeirani, the expert in the same domain. In this regard, Dr. Al-Sumeirani tackled some significant topics such as virtual classrooms, in addition to periodical homework, tests and the correct answers thereof. The topics also included lecture reviews and website log on methods.
The workshop targeted the category of public health students. Moreover, and thanks to Allah, students attended the workshop, and therefore everyone benefitted from it. Besides, the workshop witnessed the participation of some teachers and staff members.
At the end of the event, some questions were answered, and therefore breakfast was served.
