Important Announcement on the Submission of Research and Theses to the Academic Council

Based on the noble royal directives and the precautionary measures approved by the relevant authorities to ensure everyone's safety, and out of the Academic Council's keenness to continue providing services for the university affiliates through the technical channels without delay, the council hereby announces the mechanism of delivering scientific research projects and theses related to the transactions of promotions, appointments, and other matters via the official email: [email protected]

Please consider the following:

  1. The message must be sent via the official email of the university member or the head of the department.
  2. The message must be sent after referring the transaction through the Administrative Communications System (Masar).
  3. Title of the thesis must include: Transaction topic + First name and surname of the university member
  4. Message content must include: Transaction topic + Full name of university member + Department + College + Current academic rank + Employee no. + ID + Mobile no. + Transaction no. in the Administrative Communication System (Masar).
  5. Attach the research papers or scientific theses in PDF format, provided that each research paper is sent in a separate file, according to the titles and order stated below.
  6. Please take into consideration the size and storage capacity of the attached files. To facilitate matters for you, send the attachments in one message via a cloud link.
  7. Do not attach any other files that were not mentioned.
