Out of keenness on the safety of all university employees, His Excellency the President of the University decided to suspend the ‘Hadir’ fingerprint attendance system temporarily, and to use paper attendance sheets instead, starting from Monday, 14 Rajab, 1441 A.H. This decision comes within the framework of the royal directives and precautionary recommendations approved by the concerned authorities to ensure the safety of all.
It should be known to all that attendance sheets should be submitted via the Administrative Communication System (Masar) according to the schedules specified in the Hadir attendance system. The entities that do not have attendance sheets should prepare a temporary time sheet that includes all the names of employees and another list of female employees in the female section, and forward them via the Administrative Communication System (Masar).
