Under the patronage of His Excellency the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Prof. Omar Al-Hazzazi, and the supervision and presence of His Excellency the Vice Dean of Student Affairs in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mathami, the Supervisor of the University College Student Club, Mr. Ahmad Al-Ghamdi, and members of the club, the Student Club held its first new weekly activity: ‘Mondays’. The theme of this week’s activity was entitled: ‘Become Motivated to Reach Your Goals’.

Dr. Al-Saeed Al-Dardarah, Associate Professor of Psychology and Supervisor of the College Student Counseling and Guidance Unit, delivered a lecture at this meeting. During the lecture, he discussed the importance of motivation and its role in forming positive behavior and promoting mental health. The meeting included an interactive discussion between students and Dr. Al-Dardarah, who answered their questions and inquiries.
