His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, honored the organizers of the 19th Meeting of the Deans and Officials of Library Affairs Committee in the universities, higher education institutions, and research centers in the GCC Countries. The organizers were honored for their efforts and the success of the work. They met the participants at the airport and accompanied them to their accommodation. Moreover, they arranged transportation to the meeting location and presented gifts and the meeting agenda to the participants. In addition, the organizers arranged for the participants to attend the meeting and visit the university library according to the existing program for this meeting, and held workshops during the meeting period. Finally, they supervised the return of the participants to their country easily and smoothly.

This is based on the directives of His Excellency the University President, the follow-up of His Excellency the UQU Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and the direct supervision of the Dean and Vice Deans of Library Affairs. His Excellency presented certificates of thanks and appreciation to the members of the committee. They are:
