In a series of workshops offered by the Staff Members Development Unit at the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Manal Qadi presented a workshop to identify Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) on Tuesday 16^th January 2017. HBDI is considered one of the most significant diagnostic tools to identify thinking methods of humans, and thus their behavior. This leads also to easier dealing with each character at work, which facilitates identification of the business functions that fit each way of thinking, formation of appropriate working team, and identification of the appropriate teaching methods for each style.

At the end of the workshop, Dr. Manal Qadi replied to the queries of the attendees. On the other hand, such workshop is part of a series of future staff members' skill development workshops.
