Within the framework of the community partnership between the Department of Education and Al-Qunfudhah University College, a program entitled: (A Week of Educational and Vocational Counseling), was held under the supervision and follow-up of the College Vice Dean, Dr. Sharifah Al-Hazimi. Accordingly, on Thursday, 12 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., Al-Qunfudhah University College received the Head of the Department of Guidance and Counseling, Dr. Maymuna Maghrabi, and female teachers and counselors of general education schools, in addition to a number of students in high school education and its centers. They were welcomed by Her Excellency the Vice President, the Vice Deans, and a number of the academic staff members, along with the Director of the Community Partnership Unit, and the directors of the media and administrative units.

On this occasion, the Vice Dean of the College delivered a welcoming speech to the guests, and gave an overview about the departments of the college. She expressed her thanks and appreciation to all the participants and hosts of the program, including the vice deans, coordinators, members, directors, and employees, for the success, excellence, and creativity with which the forum was executed. She also thanked everyone who contributed to the success of this forum.

At the end of the forum, the Vice Dean of the College distributed certificates of thanks and appreciation to the Head of the Department of Guidance and Counseling, and the teachers and counselors who attended the forum.

Finally, the Head of Guidance and Counseling in the Education Department presented a shield and a certificate of thanks and appreciation to the Vice Dean of the College. After this, they made a tour of the college's facilities, which included the college's laboratories and departments. The visitors expressed their happiness with this visit, and offered thanks to the College Vice Deanship for their good reception and for allowing the high school students to become acquainted with the college and the variety of disciplines that it offers.
