Today at his office, the UQU Vice President, Prof. Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, launched a volunteer training project and a special digital portal dedicated to the program, in the presence of Mr. Walid Simbawah, the Head of the Department of Administrative Development.

The electronic portal contains a database that lists the names of the academics and administrators who wish to share their scientific and practical expertise through training, awareness promotion, and educational programs, under the umbrella of the Department of Administrative Development at the university.

The project aims at benefiting from the expertise of Umm Al-Qura staff, including academic members and administrators. This is in order to develop the skills of human cadres and open up many training channels that contribute to achieving the university's strategic goals, especially in the field of systematic and accredited training.
