Under the noble patronage of Her Excellency the Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Dr. Sharifah Al-Hazimi, in the presence of of the vice deans of the colleges, the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine, the deputy heads of the various departments, the academic staff, the directors of the administrative units, and all administrative and supervisory staff, the affiliates of the college, on Monday, 12 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., celebrated the fifth anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The celebration was held with the coordination and preparation of the Public Relations and Media Unit, and the college library.

The ceremony started with a recitation of the Qur'an and the playing of the royal anthem. Next, a welcome speech was delivered, and the female audience viewed a visual presentation on the progress of giving and achievement. After that, the college vice dean delivered a speech in which she extended her highest congratulations and blessings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, may Allah preserve and protect both of them, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the pledge of allegiance. This was followed by the opportunity for the vice deans, academic staff members, employees and students to deliver speeches, in which everyone expressed their happiness for this anniversary which comes every other year, while we are living in dignity and well-being and enjoying safety and security under our wise leadership. They all reiterated their pledge of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz (may Allah safeguard them), to lead our nation to glory and loftiness.

The Media Center participated with a recorded poem entitled, "We Supplicate Allah for You", delivered by Mr. Muhammad Al-Sheikhi. This was followed by a presentation by the college extension administration on activating the anniversary of the pledge of allegiance, and a photo installation competition by the female students of the Department of English Language. The students and members of the media center then delivered speeches about the achievements in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Next, roses and brochures displaying the slogan of the 5th anniversary of the pledge of allegiance were distributed to the audience. The celebration also included the participation of the public relation and media unit with a painting to express the national feelings. At the end of the ceremony, the audience paid a visit to the accompanying allegiance exhibition organized by the female administrative staff and other academic departments.

We supplicate Allah to perpetuate upon this beloved country its safety, security and stability under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and his Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman (may Allah protect them).
