With great pride, Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, has the honor to invite you to attend the honoring ceremony that will be held for Dr. Amr bin Taha Al-Saqqaf, the leader of positive change and accomplishment in the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Deanship of Academic Staff and Employee Affairs. The ceremony will be held under the auspices of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail.
The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 14 Rabi` Al-Thani 1441 A.H., at 1:30 p.m., in King Abdulaziz Historical Support Hall (for male attendants) and Al-Jafali Hall 1 (for female attendants).
His Excellency Dr. Amr Al-Saqqaf has served the university in serval administrative and leadership positions, including:
- Vice Dean of Admission and Registration for Academic Development and Community Service (1430 A.H.).
- General Supervisor of the office of His Excellency the University President (1430–1431).
- Dean of the Academic Staff and Employee Affairs (1432–1435).
- Dean of Student Affairs (1436–1440).
This honoring ceremony by the university to the dutiful brother comes in appreciation and recognition for his services and accomplishments in all the positions he held during his leadership career at the university.
