Today, Wednesday, 7 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., Jamoum University College held a workshop entitled, 'Strategic Planning and Management'. The workshop was delivered by His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Rahman Badr Haidar, Advisor of the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality and academic staff member at the Department of Computer Science, in the presence of the Dean of Jamoum University College and the college leaders, including the vice deans and heads of the departments (male and female sections).
During the course, the concept and importance of strategic planning were introduced, the phases of internal and external environment analysis were clarified, and the mission, vision, and values of strategic planning were formulated.
