The Department of Psychology at the College of Education, under the supervision of Dr. Hanan Al-Malki, Associate Professor of Psychological Health at the Department of Psychology, and the preparation of the MSc students, organized the event, "Let Me Have a Safe Childhood". The event was held on Monday, 13 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1440 A.H., and included educational sessions about childhood problems, employing several corners, as follows:
1- The corner of play in relation to children: between the past and present

The event was well-received by the audience. The discussions were fruitful. The sessions tackled the most significant problems of childhood and their methods of treatment, and the effect of playing or games, in the past and recent times.
