On Sunday, December 11^th, 2016, the first orientation was held for the new students at the Chemistry Department. The orientation witnessed atmosphere of affection and warmness between the students and the Department’s faculty members and staff.

During the orientation, the students were instructed upon the importance of the academic guidance process in the College, and the significance of the positive participation in the education process. The students were encouraged to study hard to obtain high grades. Further, the Department’s new study plan was handed out to the students in order to look at the courses to be studied.  

At the end of the orientation, a form covering the students’ personal data  was filled to build a database for them at the Department.
