Under the leadership of Her Excellency Dr. Suzan bint Sadaqah Basyuni, Associate Professor of Mental Health in the Department of Psychology, the “Be Positive” initiative was launched for the second year, in a new form and with different courses, on Tuesday, 22 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1441 A.H.
The initiative started with a course entitled, "Boredom and Fun Management", with the help of doctorate students in psychological counseling. The course aimed to spread cultural awareness about the concept of positivity and enjoying the joys of life.
The course was attended by a large number of faculty members, employees, and students.
