UQU President Dr. Bakri Bin Maatouk Assas approved the administrative promotions of UQU staff that are eligible for promotions, from 10th rank and below, the number of whom amounted to 376 employees.

This is the largest number of UQU personnel to be promoted since its inception. This took place during Dr. Assas' meeting with Vice President Dr. Yasser Bin Sulaiman Chucho and members of the Promotions Committee at the University, at Abidiya Campus library on Monday 27 Rabi Awal 1438.

On this occasion, Dr. Assas congratulated UQU staff who were promoted - which is considered the largest at the University level since its inception - wishing everyone success, and that these promotions help them to offer more work to promote teaching, research and administrative system, to take this University to the ranks of international universities.

Also, Vice President Dr. Yasser Bin Sulaiman Chucho expressed his deep thanks and appreciation for UQU President HE Dr. Bakri Assas for approving the administrative promotions. He also congratulated all those who were promoted, wishing them further progress and advancement to serve this scientific edifice, pointing out that those who were not promoted this time will be promoted as soon as there is a vacancy in future.

The Vice President stressed that the Department of Faculty Staff and employees Affairs is making every effort - with the support of UQU senior management - to create the conditions and provide the necessary jobs, for eligible staff to be promoted.
