Under the auspices of His Excellency the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi, His Excellency the Vice Dean for Student Affairs in Al-Qunfudhah, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mut-hami, and His Excellency the Head of the Physical Education Department, Dr. Mastur Al-Faqih, and in the presence of the Supervisor of the University College Student Club, Mr. Ahmad Al-Ghamdi, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Dr. Khalid Farid, and a number of staff members, the five-a-side football tournament for students of Umm Al-Qura University, Al-Qunfudhah Branch, was launched yesterday evening. 

The competition is for the Cup of His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and is held by the University College Student Club under the Deanship for Student Affairs, with the cooperation and organization of the Department of Physical Education in the University College. Twenty teams are participating in the tournament, representing colleges and departments of the branch.
