Out of the concern of His Excellency the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research to meet with the Vice Presidency visitors and overcome any difficulties they might experience, and in order to fulfill their requests, he gave directions that appointments be allocated from Monday 14 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1441 A.H., corresponding to 11 November, 2019 A.C., as follows:
- Monday: university staff, from (09:00) to (10:50) a.m.
- Wednesday: university staff and postgraduate students, from (09:00) to (10:50) a.m.
