The Student Pharmacy Club of the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Umm Al-Qura, on Wednesday, 2 Rabi` Al-Awwal 1414 A.H., held a workshop with the trainer, Mawaddah Ghabra, on professional crafts. The workshop aimed at aiding students to acquire a professional skill, outside their field of specialization. This is in order to fill their free time with useful and purposeful activities, as well as to learn how to properly use local environmental resources and the methods of recycling them into useful products.

Some of the most important topics covered in the workshop were the recycling of the lids and caps of containers, resin pour art, the manufacture of cup bases, and how to search for ideas.
