His Excellency Dr. Fahd Al-Maliki, the General Supervisor of UQU Museum, invited the affiliates of the College of Pharmacy to visit the UQU museum on Thursday, 25 Safar, 1441 A.H. The visit included an introduction about the antiquities of the museum, its different sections, the ancient Makkan house, and the development plan of the museum. The audience were amazed by the museum and its valuable antiques.

An agreement was made with the Head of the Pharmacognosy Department, Dr. Al-Jawhara Abdullah Al-Qathami, about the possibility of establishing a new section in the museum relevant to the scientifically proven medical plants mentioned in the Holy Quran.

Wrapping up the visit, the visitors expressed their thanks and appreciation to the supervisor general and all the affiliates of the museum department for their untiring efforts exerted in the museum.
