Within the framework of the keenness of the Initiatives Management and Vision Realization Office at Umm Al-Qura University to formulate qualitative national initiatives to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030, and aligned with the Ministry's aspiration towards universities, the office team held a workshop on Thursday, 25 Safar 1441 A.H., corresponding to 24 October 2019 A.C., with the aim of drawing up an action plan to review and improve the initiatives submitted by the university staff through the initiative submission portal.
During the workshop, the work team discussed the most important remarks on the mechanism for submitting initiatives through the portal and suggested improvement opportunities, in order to provide the best possible support to the staff of the university in the formulation and presentation of initiatives.
His Excellency the General Supervisor of the Initiatives Management and Vision Realization Office, Dr. Ehab bin Abdul-Rahim Melibari, stressed the importance of rapid communication with initiative providers to discuss proposals for the improvement of initiatives through a standardized assessment methodology. The team also praised the initiatives presented, both quantitatively and qualitatively, with more than 95 initiatives being completed and delivered through the portal.
