The Department of Media organized an introductory meeting about the "Media Club" on Sunday, 14 Safar 1441 A.H., at the courtyard of the college, building (A). The meeting included several themes, including: mentioning the different activities, conditions, and objectives of the club, referring to the various committees, and giving female students from different academic departments the opportunity to register. The club committees are divided into six main committees:

1. Promotion and Course Committee: It is concerned with endorsing female student's educational level through cultural discussions, explaining lessons outside the classroom, and holding training courses.
2. Organization and Execution Committee: It is concerned with organizing the activities and paying care to their details, along with previously preparing for them by arranging a suitable place and providing what is needed for the activity.
3. Content Building Committee: It is concerned with covering and spreading the activities of the Media Club, and managing the accounts of social communication networks, the website, and its special code by enriching the content and propagating activities.
4. Photocopying and Documenting Committee: It is concerned with documenting the activities of the club by photographing and video shooting, with accuracy and high proficiency. It also includes preparing reports and questionnaires for every activity, and coordinating with other committees to provide them with the outcomes.
5. Coordinating and Planning Committee: It is concerned with communicating and coordinating with important bodies for the work of the club.
6. Designing and Montage Committee: It is concerned with designing all that the club needs using visual materials (infographic, motion graphics), such as the announcements and achievements of the club.
7. Talents Committee: It is concerned with talented female students in all fields, such as presenting plays and reciting poetry.

Forms for registration as well as forms stating the conditions and duties of each club were distributed.
