His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, issued a decision appointing Dr. Khalid bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah Asrah as Vice Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research for a tenure of two years, as of 14 Safar, 1441 A.H.
