University Role Model Contest (Season 4)

1440 –1441 A.H./ 2019–2020 A.C.

First: Contest Idea

The idea of the contest comes in line with the comprehensive vision of the Makkah Region, which is adopted by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Emir of the Makkah Region. The vision focuses on the strategy of "Human Development and Place Improvement" under the theme (How to be a Role Model).) The aim of this competition and its slogan is to promote "How to be a Role Model" strategy and achieve its goals. Therefore, as part of the forum's activities and following the success of the contest in its first, second, and third seasons, the University Role Model Contest will start, in its fourth season, to choose a male and female student who demonstrate the characteristics and accomplishments that render them role models for other university students.

Second: Contest Objectives

1. Creating a creative, stimulating and competitive environment among the UQU students.

2. Spreading the culture of role models among the UQU students.

3. Contributing to promoting the confidence of the students.

Third: Targeted Categories

1. The contest targets all regular, full-time undergraduate students (in the senior year) in the present academic year, 1440–1441 A.H.

2. The freshman students for the present academic year, 1440–1441 A.H., are not allowed to participate in the contest.

3. The students who will graduate in the first semester of the academic year 1440–1441 A.H. are not allowed to participate in the contest.
