His Excellency the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College, Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi, issued an administrative decision to appoint His Excellency Dr. Turki Hussein Samarqandi as the Supervisor of the Public Relations and Media Unit, succeeding His Excellency Dr. Matar bin Ahmad Al-Eissi. On this occasion, His Excellency Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi lauded the strenuous efforts exerted by the former supervisor, His Excellency Dr. Matar bin Ahmad Al-Eissi, during his tenure of office, imploring Allah, Exalted be He, to assist Dr. Turki Hussein Samarqandi in shouldering his duties towards UQU and raising its standard to reach its ultimate objectives.
On his part, His Excellency Dr. Turki Hussein Samarqandi expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him by Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Hazzazi, stressing that he will, with Allah's help, meet the expectations and trust of His Excellency the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College. Moreover, he added that he seeks to be worthy of such trust and confidence, and will work to provide all that he has of scientific, administrative and academic experience to upgrade the work at the unit.
