His Excellency the former President of the Islamic University, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Uqla, visited the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research and congratulated Dr. Bassim bin Omar Qadi on his appointment as Dean of the Institute.
