His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdullah Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, sponsors the ceremony that will be organized by the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil at UQU tomorrow, Wednesday, 10 Ramadan 1440 A.H., for the graduation of the fourth class of the graduates of the "Hisbah Higher Diploma", at King Abdul-Aziz Historical Hall in the University City at Al-Abdiyyah.

The honoring ceremony of the graduates of the "Hisbah Higher Diploma" will be attended by His Excellency the General President of the General Presidency of the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Sanad, the Dean of the institute, Prof. Abdul-Wahab Al-Risaini, the vice deans of the institute, and the officials of UQU.

The Dean of the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil, Prof. Abdul-Wahab Al-Risaini, pointed out that the number of graduates of the "Hisbah Higher Diploma" amounts to 67 graduates, all of them being employees of the General Presidency of the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice.

Prof. Al-Risaini appreciated the support and attention paid by UQU's president to the programs and events of the institute, and praised the keenness and trust of the General President of the General Presidency of the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice in the academic and qualification programs that are carried out by the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil at UQU in the fields of Hisbah and Ihtisab (the actual act of enjoining good and forbidding evil).
