Her Excellency the Vice President for Female Students Affairs, Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli, honored the academic staff members of the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies for their effort, work and achievements, which have positively impacted the development of the scientific and practical system of the college.
The academic staff members were honored in the office of the UQU Vice President in Al-Zahir, who stressed during a press interview the efforts made to contribute to the successful achievement of the college's aspirations and scientific and practical plans that are in harmony with the executive programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli pointed out that the honoring of the vice deans of the college and departments and deputy head of the Islamic Studies Center is an incentive for them to increase their efforts to reach the highest quality that is compatible with Umm Al-Qura's five-year strategic plans (Tamkeen 2023).
The College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies has succeeded in enhancing its educational and practical objectives by providing high-quality programs that motivate students to innovate, discover and share knowledge with others, highlight the status of the college and build effective community partnerships with the institutions of society. The college has managed, according to a number of its staff, to be a leading academic institution that offers accredited scientific programs and research products in the sciences of Shari`ah and history to serve the Islamic and global community with distinguished academic personnel who apply quality standards, invest in technological development, and build effective partnerships.
The Vice Dean of the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies, Norah Al-Mahmadi, extended her thanks to Dr. Al-Khuli for her enthusiasm for and appreciation of the efforts, which provided motivation to exert more effort and further strengthen the affiliation of the academic staff to the university. She noted that such honoring and appreciation reflects the university motivation and interest in the success of the tasks entrusted to members of the academic staff according to the highest standards of quality and scientific and practical performance.
