Restructuring the Office of His Excellency the President of the University

His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, has approved the new organizational structure of his office, within the developmental steps for his office that included the activation of a quality management system according to international standards ISO 90001:2015. This effort aims at making the office an outstanding role model in applying the standards of quality as a working model in offering services in a way that achieves its objectives and orientations, and meets the needs and aspirations of the beneficiaries. His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standards of the university to reach its desired goals.

Next, His Excellency the Advisor and General Supervisor of the Office of His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Himdan Darweesh Al-Ghamdi, issued an administrative decision to restructure the units of the office of His Excellency the President of the University as follows:

1. Appointment of Mr. Alaa bin Talal Ahmad Al-Amri as Head of the Editing Unit at His Excellency the President's office. The following employees will be appointed to work at the unit.They are as follows:

  • Abdul-Salam bin Muhammad Nour Omar Al-Hindi.
  • Fawwaz bin Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ansari.
  • Abdul-Qadir bin Ahmad Muhammad Al-Bakistani.

2. Appointment of Mr. Bandar bin Jabal Nuwai`im Al-Sulami as Head of the Secretariat Unit at the University President's Office. The following employees will be appointed at the unit. They are as follows:

  • Ahmad bin Omar Bakr Babakir.
  • Talal bin Abdul-Rahim Sa`id Laban.
  • Muhammad bin Abdul-Razzaq Abdul-Hamid Bakhsh.
  • Abdullah bin Jazi Abdullah Al-Sharif.

3. Appointment of Mr. Anwar bin Muhammad Siddiq Mazian as Head of the Administrative Communications Unit at the University President's Office. The following employees will be appointed to work at the unit. Their names are as follows:

  • Husain bin Ayidh Khidr Al-Yasi.
  • Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman Ali Al-Ahmari.
  • Musaifar bin Manna` Ma`yuf Al-Fahmi.

4. Appointment of Mr. Sa`id bin Ahmad Omar Bazahir as Head of the Follow-Up Unit at the University President's Office. The following employees will be appointed at the unit. Their names are as follows:

  • Bandar bin Omar Bakr Babkir.
  • Salih bin Abdullah Ahmad Al-Zahrani.

5. Appointment of Mr. Badr bin Matar Awwad Al-Jabri as Head of the Quality Unit at the University President's Office.

6. Appointment of Mr. Muhammad bin Salim Mubarak Marzouq as Head of the Supportive Services Unit at the University President's Office, and appointment of Mr. Sami bin Hasan Omar Baisma`il as Assistant Head of the Unit. The following employees will be appointed at the Supportive Services Unit. They are as follows:

  • Muhammad bin Ibrahim Tahir Al-Hakami.
  • Sa`id bin Abid Abdullah Al-Da`di.
  • Jamil bin Ali Rafi` Al-Ghamdi.
  • Su`ad bin Sa`id Sa`d Al-Harbi.
  • Yassir bin Abdullah Aidah Al-Suwaihiri.
  • Rashid bin Ruzaiq Musfir Al-Da`di.
  • Mabrouk bin Ma`touq Mudhaikhir Al-Hudhali.
  • Fayiz bin Ma`touq Muzkhir Al-Hudhali.
  • Yusuf bin Ali Husni Al-Labban.
  • Jabir bin Ahmad Muhammad Salawi.
  • Abdullah bin Muhammad Safir Al-Sulami.
  • Sa`d bin Musfir Sa`d Al-Nasiri.

7. Appointment of Mr. Abdullah bin Jabbur Jabir Al-Da`di as Head of Administrative Communications at the Confidential Office of the University President's Office. The following employees will be appointed at the Administrative Communication Unit at the Confidential Office:

  • Salim bin Rashid Sulaim Al-Libaibi.
  • Hamad bin Muhammad Hamad Al-Bathi.
  • Safwan bin Husain Omar Zamzami.

8. Appointment of Mr. Bandar bin Abdullah Muhammad Al-Suwaihiri as Head of the Editing and Follow-Up Unit at the Confidential Office of the University President's Office. 

Appointment of Mr. Yazid bin Ali Ahmad Al-Ghamdi as an employee at the Editing and Follow-Up Unit at the Confidential Office.
